Haa Jime Studio
〈Haa Jime Studio〉held the first exhibition and order event on November 30th, Saturday, and December 1st, Sunday at CONTRAST. This exhibition showcased glass lighting created in collaboration with Yoko Yamano-Andersson, a glass artist based in Sweden, as well as furniture crafted with artisans from all over Japan that embodies the strength and warmth of the materials used. The furniture was made to order and delivered upon completion. ー 〈Haa Jime Studio〉 is designed not only for personal use at home but also to withstand years of use in restaurants and other establishments. It reflects the strength of natural wood and the warmth of craftsmanship. They were founded on the foundation of Japan’s skilled artisanship to create furniture that embodies the warmth of human touch and the strength of the materials. The name “Studio” conveys both the collective efforts of all artisans involved and a sense of anonymity. This is not the work of any single person but a project shaped by many hands.
